Exclusive
One cleaning company per zip
Your territory is a zip code. Hold it, and no new household there hears from another cleaning company through LocalLetters. Not like shared leads sold to three to five companies, and not an ad auction you have to win again tomorrow.
Smaller zips go to one company. Bigger ones take a bigger plan, or get split between two or three, but no household ever hears from two companies in the same trade. Other trades can hold the same zip, so a plumber and a roofer aren’t competing for it.

Do renters get the letter too?
The move data includes people who signed a lease as well as buyers. Renters hire cleaners too, often for move-out cleans later.
Can my whole team sign it?
The card is written in one person’s handwriting, usually the owner’s. You can mention your team in the note.
Is a thank-you card really worth sending?
It’s the kind of mail people keep. It’s also a natural place to ask for a review or a referral.
What does it cost?
