A good fit for a smaller zip, or a one-truck shop testing the water.

$449/mo
Up to 100 letters a month
Twice the letters: more of the new movers reached, and more follow-ups to the ones who haven't called yet.
Check your areaScale
$999/mo
Up to 250 letters a month
For the bigger zips. Enough to hold a large one to yourself, with the most room for follow-ups.
Check your areaWhy check your area first? Territories are exclusive by trade. No household ever hears from two businesses in the same trade, so a zip can fill up. Check the zip, see what's open, then pick a plan. It takes a few seconds.
Just want to send one batch, like every house around a job you just finished? One-time sends start at $2.95 a card. No subscription.

Run your own numbers
Pick your trade and a plan. We fill in starting numbers. They're guesses, kept on the low side. Change any of them to match your business.

Break-even counts lifetime profit at your margin. It's an estimate, not a promise. Mail takes a few months to judge: a slow month and a good one look the same until you have several to compare.
Compared to what you already pay for
Against the alternatives
You're probably already spending on some of these. Here's how they stack up on the things that decide whether a homeowner calls you.
| Channel | Who else gets it | Does it get read? | Yours alone? | What you pay for |
|---|---|---|---|---|
| Shared leads (Angi, Thumbtack and the like) | The same lead is often sold to several pros. First one to call usually wins. | Yes, but by your competitors too. | No | Per lead, whether or not you get the job |
| Door hangers | Every house on the route, next to everyone else's hangers. | Mostly glanced at and tossed. | No | Printing plus someone's time walking it |
| EDDM postcards | Every address on a carrier route, movers or not. | Looks like junk mail, gets treated like it. | No | Printing and postage per piece |
| Google Local Services Ads | Shown beside other local pros in the same search. | Only by people already searching. | No, it's an auction | Per lead, at a price set by bidding |
| A handwritten letter from you | Nobody else in your trade. One business per trade per household. | Opened, read, often kept on the fridge. | Yes | One flat monthly price, stamps included |
Not either/or. Plenty of owners keep their ads running. The letter reaches the people who just moved in, before they've searched for anybody.
Pricing questions
The fine print, in plain words
Something not here? Text Daniel at 715-817-2116. He answers himself.
Is there a contract?
No. It's a monthly plan and you can cancel any time. We'd ask you to give it a few months before you judge it, because one month of mail tells you very little.
How do I cancel?
Cancel any time. If you're not sure how, or want to talk it over first, text Daniel at 715-817-2116.
What if I don't use all my letters in a month?
New movers always get the first letter. Whatever's left in your month goes out as follow-ups to people who moved in earlier, so in most areas the letters get used. If you're wondering what happens in a month where they don't, text Daniel.
Is postage included?
Yes. The list, the card, the envelope, the writing, the stamp and the mailing are all in the monthly price.
Can I change plans later?
Text Daniel and he'll sort it out with you. Keep in mind a bigger plan also means more of a bigger zip held for you, so moving up can depend on what's still open in your area.
What about more than one zip?
A plan covers the zip you check. Smaller zips are held outright by any plan; bigger ones take a bigger plan, or you share it with one or two others in your trade. Either way, no household hears from two of you. If you want more than one zip, text Daniel.
Do I pay anything to get set up?
No. Capturing your handwriting costs nothing. You fill in one sheet, scan it, and approve how it looks.
